The heroes of the crime series "The Vengeance Bureau" are two women - former murder group investigator Frida Arrak and former secretary Marion Pärn. Women are complete opposites in character and worldview, but they are united by a common resentment against the male. Anger culminates in the idea of starting to offer revenge to their peers. Of course, men whose wives happen to be chauvinists, perpetrators or abusers are not sent back either. All similarities and coincidences are intentional.

Since 1997, the series is produced by BEC (Baltic Video OÜ), which has also produced Pehmed ja Karvased, Kodu Keset Linna and Ohtlik Lend.The series takes place in the fictional town of Morna, and features an ensemble cast.
